摘　　要：目的建立不同性别健康新生儿心电图正常参考值范围。方法对906名健康新生儿(男474名、女432名)进行常规12导联同步心电图采集与测量,对收集的数据进行统计分析,得出不同性别新生儿心电图相关指标(心率、平均QRS心电轴、P波时限、PR间期、P波振幅、QRS波时限、QRS波振幅、QTc、T波振幅等)的正常参考值范围及P波、QRS波、T波形态等数据。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、aVL、aVR、V_(2)、V_(4)—V_(6)导联P波振幅,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVR、aVL、aVF、V1、V_(3)—V_(6)导联QRS波时限,Ⅲ、aVR、aVF、V1—V_(4)导联QRS波振幅,aVR、aVL、V_(4)—V_(6)导联T波振幅,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、aVR、aVF、V1、V_(3)—V_(6)导联QRS波形态及Ⅰ、aVL、V_(6)导联T波形态在男女新生儿间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用12导联同步心电图记录健康新生儿心电图,正常参考值范围具有性别差异。Objective To establish the normal reference range of electrocardiogram(ECG)in healthy neonates with different sexes.Methods We recorded and measured routine 12-lead synchronous ECGs of 906 healthy neonates(including 474 males and 432 females),and made statistical analysis of the collected data.We obtained the normal reference ranges of the related ECG indexes(including heart rate,mean QRS axis,P-wave duration,PR interval,P-wave amplitude,QRS duration,QRS amplitude,QTc,T-wave amplitude,etc.),and the morphologies of P-wave,QRS complex and T-wave in the neonates with different sexes.Results There are significant differences of P-wave amplitude in leadsⅠ,Ⅱ,aVL,aVR,V_(2)and V_(4)-V_(6),QRS duration in leadsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,aVR,aVL,aVF,V_(1)and V_(3)-V_(6),QRS amplitude in leadsⅢ,aVR,aVF and V1-V_(4),T-wave amplitude in leads aVR,aVL and V_(4)-V_(6),QRS complex morphology in leadsⅠ,Ⅱ,aVR,aVF,V_(1)and V_(3)-V_(6),and T-wave morphology in leadsⅠ,aVL and V_(6)between the male and female neonates(P<0.05).Conclusion The normal reference ranges of ECG indexes recorded by 12-lead synchronous ECGs in healthy neonates are different between the sexes.
