摘  要:基于无线电遥测技术对某调峰汽轮机叶片进行了动频率测试,并根据调峰汽轮机叶片在低负荷下的运行安全性风险,对叶片的二阶动频率进行了调频优化,测试结果显示,叶片二阶调频方法效果明显,且叶片的一阶和二阶共振频率均有较大的安全余量,为后续的调峰汽轮机的叶片设计积累了丰富的工程经验,具有一定的工程指导意义。Based on wireless telemetry technique to a load for the dynamic frequency test of turbine blades,and according to the load of the steam turbine blades under low load operation safety risk,the second-order dynamic frequency of the blades have been adjusted optimization,the test results show that the method of blades second-order effect is obvious,and the first and second order resonant frequency of the blades have greater safety margin,This has accumulated rich engineering experience for the follow-up design of peak regulating turbine blades,and has certain engineering guiding significance.
