摘 要:背压对直接空冷机组的经济运行影响显著。提出机组净收益功率最大作为机组最佳背压优化的目标函数,用以求解并指导机组的最佳背压定值优化。综合考虑机组背压与排汽焓的耦合关系,设计了空冷凝汽器背压的迭代求解方法,进一步给出了最佳背压的全工况定值优化方法。以某600MW直接空冷机组为例,计算并获得了机组在多种典型环境温度和汽轮机负荷下的最佳背压,给出了最佳背压的全工况拟合多项式曲线,方法可用于最佳背压的多区域离线划分和定值优化,以避免背压的大范围频繁调节。Back pressure has a significant influence on the economic operation of direct air cooling units.The maximum net profit power of the unit is proposed as the objective function of optimal back pressure optimization to solve and guide the optimal constant value optimization of optimal back pressure of the unit.Considering the coupling relationship between unit back pressure and exhaust steam enthalpy,an iterative method was designed to solve the back pressure of air condensing condenser,and a constant optimization method of optimal back pressure under all working conditions was given.Taking a 600MW direct air cooling unit as an example,the optimum back pressure of the unit is calculated and obtained under various typical ambient temperatures and turbine loads,and the polynomial curve of the optimum back pressure is given.The method can be used for multi-zone off-line division and constant value optimization of the optimum back pressure,so as to avoid frequent adjustment of the back pressure in a wide range.
