“新农保”对农村老年人主观幸福感的影响研究

摘　　要：城市化进程不断加快,导致人口老龄化越来越严重,“幸福养老”已经成为社会所关注的热点问题。利用CHARLS2018年数据,运用模糊断点回归方法,从抑郁得分与生活满意度两个角度对“新农保”效应进行实证分析,并对不同性别、不同健康水平的老年人进行异质性分析。结果显示:“新农保”养老金对农村老年人抑郁得分在10%水平下显著,影响效果有限,但对生活满意度有显著性效果;通过异质性分析发现,领取养老金对身体健康状况差的群体的主观幸福感影响程度高于身体健康状况好的群体,对女性的影响程度高于男性,说明“新农保”政策不但提高了农村老年人的主观幸福感,而且对女性、身体健康状况较差的群体影响更深。The process of urbanization is accelerating,resulting in more and more serious aging of the population.“Happy elderly care”has become a hot issue of social concern.This paper mainly uses CHARLS2018 data and fuzzy breakpoint regression method to empirically analyze the effect of the“new rural insurance”from the perspectives of life satisfaction and depression scores,and makes heterogeneity analysis for different genders and different health levels.The results show that the“new rural insurance”pension has a significant effect on the depression score of the rural elderly at the level of 10%,which has a limited effect,but has a significant effect on life satisfaction.Through heterogeneity analysis,it is found that the effect of pension on subjective well-being of poor health group is higher than that of good health group,and the effect of pension on subjective well-being of women is higher than that of men.This indicates that the new rural insurance policy not only improves the subjective well-being of the elderly in rural areas,but also has a deeper impact on women and poor health groups.
