摘 要:转子绕组匝间短路故障是发电机转子常见故障之一。探测线圈法是监测转子绕组绝缘状况的常用方法。本文结合某台发电机转子匝间短路实际案例,表明了在因转子绕组变形导致的转子动态匝间短路故障诊断中,探测线圈法相较于其他测试方法具有可靠性高的优势。同时,探测线圈法存在安装条件苛刻、安装位置要求高、增加检修工序等缺点。通过综合比较,探测线圈法在发电机转子绝缘状况监测中起着重要作用,值得推广。The interturn short circuit fault of rotor winding is one of the common faults of generator rotor.Detection coil test is a commonly used method for monitoring the rotor winding insulation condition.In this paper,combined with the actual case of a generator rotor interturn short circuit,it shows that detection coil test method has the advantage of high reliability compared with other test methods in the fault diagnosis of the rotor dynamic interturn short circuit which caused by deformation of the rotor winding.This paper also pointed out that detection coil test method has the disadvantages of hard installation conditions,high installation location requirements and increased maintenance procedures.After comprehensively comparing the advantages and disadvantages of detection coil test method,we believe that the defects cannot obscure the virtues and it plays an important role in the monitoring of the generator rotor insulation status.So it is worthy of promotion.
