摘 要:泰安抽水蓄能电站SFC系统自2005年投运以来,设备长时间运行,元器件老化严重,随着机组启动次数的增加,偶发性故障时有发生,需对其进行改造。通过动态模拟仿真试验平台,制定了系统的启动调试试验大纲,同时对SFC系统的控制逻辑进行了充分的验证。本文对泰安抽水蓄能电站静止变频启动控制系统改造进行了阐述,提出了单套输入、输出变压器接口下实现双SFC系统的启动控制技术,彻底解决了旁路刀闸故障引起的启机失败问题。针对现场提出了完整的启动控制调试试验方案,并创新性提出基于无旁路刀闸方式的启动技术,试验结果证明了改造后双系统运行的稳定性及可靠性,实现了双系统设备的冗余技术,为后续抽水蓄能电站国产化改造项目提供了可借鉴的经验。Since the SFC system of Taian pumped storage power station was put into operation in 2005,the equipment has operated for a long time,and the components are seriously aged.With the increase of unit start-up times,occasional faults often occur,so it needs to be reformed.Through the dynamic simulation experimental platform,a system start-up and debugging test outline is developed,and the control logic of the SFC system is fully verified.This paper expounds the transformation of static frequency converter starting control system of Taian pumped storage power station,and proposes a start control technology for implementing a dual SFC system under a single set of input and output transformer interfaces,completely solving the problem of startup failure caused by bypass switch faults.A complete start-up control commissioning test scheme is proposed for the site,and the startup technology based on the non-bypass knife switch mode is innovatively proposed.The test results prove the stability and reliability of the dual system operation after the transformation,realize the redundancy technology of the dual system equipment,and provide reference experience for the followup domestic transformation projects of pumped storage power stations.
