摘  要:燃气轮机启动系统多采用静止变频器(SFC),启动成功率是考核SFC的重要指标。本文基于燃气轮机对SFC启动成功率的影响因素进行了分析,发现因各种原因造成的SFC逆变桥换相失败是影响SFC启动成功率的关键因素。基于此,本文以SFC发生换相失败的波形分析为基础,对SFC逆变桥换相进行了深入的研究,将SFC逆变桥换相失败归为“脉冲丢失”和“关断复通”两类,并提出了基于脉冲丢失换相失败的检测逻辑和基于关断复通换相失败的检测逻辑,最终将换相失败检测技术应用到实际项目中,理论上将SFC在非永久性硬件故障状态下的启动成功率提高至100%。Static frequency converter(SFC)is widely used in gas turbine start-up system,and the success rate of start-up is an important indicator to evaluate SFC.In this paper,the factors affecting the success rate of start-up is analyzed,it is found that commutation failure of SFC inverter bridge is the key factor.Based on the analysis of the waveform of SFC commutation failure,this paper deeply studies the commutation failure of SFC inverter bridge,classifies the commutation failure of SFC into pulse loss and turn off and return on,and proposes the detection logic based on pulse loss and turn off and return on.Finally,the commutation failure detection technology is applied to the practical engineering project,and the success rate of start-up is improved to 100%theoretically under non-permanent hardware failure state.
