摘 要:利用磁性多壁碳纳米管协同表面活性剂对含酸性嫩黄G的染料废水进行处理,并对影响处理结果的各因素进行考察。结果显示:十二烷基苯磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂对磁性多壁碳纳米管在水溶液中的分散作用强于其他表面活性剂。相对于参照系,磁性多壁碳纳米管与十二烷基苯磺酸钠的协同系对酸性嫩黄G的脱除效率最高可提升15%左右。单因素实验发现,强酸性环境有利于材料对染料的吸附:当pH为1.0时,协同体系对酸性嫩黄G的吸附容量可达92.06 mg/g;此外,吸附进行到150 min左右时基本达到饱和;30~40℃的废水最有利于酸性嫩黄G的吸附,温度过高会有解吸情况的发生。通过动力学分析可知,协同体系对酸性嫩黄G的吸附过程中,颗粒外扩散、外表面吸附和颗粒内扩散、内表面吸附都发挥了作用,此过程遵循Langmuir吸附定律。The dye wastewater containing acid light yellow G is treated with mMWNTs and surfactants.The surface-active agent is optimized,and the effects of various factors on the treatment of dye wastewater with mMWNTs and surfactants are investigated.The results show that the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)anionic surfactant has a stronger dispersing effect on magnetic MWNTs in aqueous solution than other surfactants.Compared with the reference system,the synergistic system of mMWNTs and SDBS can improve the removal efficiency of acid light yellow G by about 15%.Single factor experiments reveal that strong acidic environment is favorable for the absorption of dyes by the materials.When the pH is 1.0,the adsorption capacity of the synergistic system for acid light yellow G could reach 92.06 mg/g;in addition,the adsorption reaches saturation at about 150 min;in the wastewater of 30~40℃,the adsorption of acid light yellow G is most favorable,and desorption will occur if the temperature is too high.It can be seen from the kinetic analysis that the external diffusion,external surface adsorption,internal diffusion and internal surface adsorption of particles play a role in the adsorption process of the synergistic system for acid yellow G.This process follows Langmuir’s adsorption law.
