摘　　要：目的 探讨3枚克氏针辅助定位在股骨颈骨折闭合复位镙钉内固定中的有效性和安全性。方法 采用3枚克氏针辅助定位股骨颈上下缘及前倾角,并闭合复位镙钉内固定治疗32例股骨颈骨折患者。记录手术时间、术后24 h疼痛VAS评分、术后并发症发生情况。结果 手术时间32~58 min。患者均获得随访,时间12~16个月。术后24 h疼痛VAS评分1~2分。术后患者均无切口感染及血管神经损伤,未发生内固定松动、断裂,螺钉无明显退钉、切割。结论 3枚克氏针辅助定位闭合复位螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折可以降低手术难度,缩短手术时间,不增加术中血管神经损伤风险,是良好的手术方法。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of three Kirschner wires assisted positioning in closed reduction and screw internal fixation of femoral neck fracture.Methods The 32 cases of the femoral neck fractures were treated with closed reduction and screw internal fixation,using three Kirschner wires to assist positioning of the upper and lower margins of femoral neck and femoral neck anteversion angle.Operation time,pain VAS at 24 h after operation and postoperative complications were recorded.Results The operation time was 32~58 min.All patients were followed up for 12~16 months.The pain VAS was 1~2 point at 24 h postoperatively.There was no incision infection,vascular and nerve injury,no loosening or fracture of internal fixation,and no obvious withdraw or cutting of screw occurred.Conclusions In the treatment of femoral neck fracture,three Kirschner wires assisted positioning and closed reduction screw internal fixation can reduce the operation difficulty,shorten the operation time,and do not increase the risk of intraoperative vascular nerve injury,which is a good surgical method.
