乡村振兴中资本投资的区域差异与纠偏机制

摘　　要：资本投资是实现乡村振兴战略目标的关键因素,物质资本和人力资本作为其中两类核心投资要素发挥着重要作用,在全国和区域层面表现出不同的投资特点。利用我国省级面板数据,构建乡村振兴发展水平指标体系,实证检验两类投资及二者交互项对总体和区域乡村振兴的影响。我国乡村振兴水平呈波动上升态势,具有东高西低的空间非均衡性。从全国来看,人力资本投资对助力乡村振兴作用更加突出;在区域层面上,人力资本投资仅在东部地区效果明显,中西部地区更应加强物质资本投资。在物质资本投资达到一定量的前提下,继续提升人力资本投资水平,为乡村可持续发展提供内生动力,是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。Capital investment is the key factor in achieving the strategic goal of rural revitalization.Physical capital and human capital,as the two core investment factors,play important roles and exhibit different invest⁃ment characteristics at the national and regional levels.Based on provincial panel data,the paper constructs an index system to measure the development level of rural revitalization and empirically tests the impact of the two types of investment and their interaction terms on the overall and regional rural revitalization.The results indi⁃cate that the level of rural revitalization fluctuates and rises,with a spatial imbalance of high in the east and low in the west.Throughout the country,human capital investment plays a more prominent role than physical capital investment in promoting rural revitalization nationwide.However,at the regional level,the effect of hu⁃man capital investment is evident only in the eastern region,while physical capital investment should be strengthened in the central and western regions.Given a certain amount of physical capital investment,contin⁃uing to improve the level of human capital investment is an important way to achieve rural revitalization and provide an endogenous impetus for sustainable rural development.
