摘 要:为开发合成沸石咪唑酯骨架(zeolitic imidazolate frameworks, ZIFs)的绿色高效的新工艺,以乙酰丙酮钴(cobalt(Ⅱ) acetylacetonate, Co(acac)_(2))与2-甲基咪唑(2-methylimidazole, 2-MeIm)作为反应物,在超临界二氧化碳(supercritical carbon dioxide, sc-CO_(2))的反应介质中,快速合成了钴基沸石咪唑酯骨架(ZIF-67)。结果表明:当Co(acac)_(2)与2-MeIm摩尔比为1:8,在60℃和30 MPa的条件下,10 min内即可获得具有良好形貌且尺寸为300~350 nm的ZIF-67晶体。所得ZIF-67晶体的热解温度高于500℃,具有微孔结构特征。该方法不仅大大缩短了反应时间,并降低了反应温度,而且避免了有机溶剂的使用,为该类ZIFs材料提供了一种绿色且高效的合成新工艺。In order to develop a green and efficient new process for the synthesis of zeolitic imid-azolate frameworks(ZIFs), the Co-based zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF-67) under supercritical carbon dioxide(sc-CO_(2)) is rapidly synthesized by using cobalt acetylacetonate(Co(acac)_(2)) and 2-methylimidazole(2-MeIm). The results showed that when the molar ratio of Co(acac)_(2) to 2-MeIm is 1:8, ZIF-67 crystals in 300~350 nm with good morphology could be obtained within 10 minutes at 60 ℃ and 30 MPa. The pyrolysis temperature of the obtained ZIF-67 is higher than 500 ℃, and the ZIF-67 crystal has the characteristics of microporous structure. The method not only greatly shortens the reaction time, lowers the reaction temperature, but also avoids the use of organic solvents, and provides a green and efficient new synthesis process for such ZIFs materials.
