刺五加—树舌灵芝镇静催眠成分的筛选及酸奶的制备工艺

摘　　要：通过网络药理学筛选刺五加-树舌(5∶1)发挥镇静催眠作用的活性成分及潜在的作用机制;采用75%乙醇回流提取法提取刺五加-树舌中的活性成分,并根据“相似相溶”原理进行梯度萃取;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定各萃取部位中黄酮类、多酚类和三萜类化合物含量;将具有镇静催眠作用的物质按比例添加于牛奶中,采用传统酸奶制作工艺制成酸奶。结果显示:正丁醇为提取刺五加-树舌中黄酮类、多酚类、三萜类化合物的最佳溶剂。此条件下,刺五加-树舌酸奶中的活性成分水平较好。The active components and potential mechanism of Acanthopanax senticosus-Ganoderma applanatum(5∶1,AS-GA)in sedative and hypnotic effects were screened by network pharmacology.The active components of AS-GA were extracted by the 75%ethanol reflux extraction method,and gradient extraction was carried out according to the“like dissolves like”rule.The contents of flavonoids,polyphenols and triterpenoids in each extraction part were determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.The substances with sedative and hypnotic effects were added to the milk in proportion to make yogurt by traditional yogurt production process.The results showed that n-butanol was the best solvent for extracting flavonoids,polyphenols and triterpenoids from AS-GA.Under this condition,the level of active ingredients in AS-GA yogurt was better.
