摘　　要：灵芝属于大型食药用真菌,富含多种活性成分和其他有待开发的活性物质,其主要发挥作用的物质有多糖类、三萜类、甾醇类、氨基酸等多种活性成分。灵芝具有很高的食用价值和药用价值,现阶段已被人们广泛应用。将对灵芝的活性成分、提取方法及药理作用进行研究,以期为灵芝的进一步研究提供参考。Ganoderma lucidum is a large edible and medicinal fungus,rich in a variety of active ingredients and other active substances to be developed,the main substances are polysaccharides,triterpenoids,sterols,amino acids and other active ingredients.Ganoderma lucidum has high edible value and medicinal value and has been widely used at present.In this paper,the active components,extraction methods and pharmacological effects of Ganoderma lucidum were studied in order to provide reference for the further study of ganoderma lucidum.
