摘  要:克拉玛依石化公司工业水车间深度处理装置反渗透产水经常出现电导率超标问题,造成热电锅炉给水系统水质不合格,而热电系统中产生的阴阳离子交换床再生水最终作为稀释外排水进入外排系统,导致COD不达标,本文针对这两个问题开展了原因分析,并提出了相应的建议措施。结果表明,电导率超标的主要原因是引入高含盐脱钙废水后,Ca^(2+)增加,造成反渗透膜污堵加剧,缩短了膜的使用寿命,应对措施是将反渗透膜由并联改为串联;动力厂稀释外排水COD超标的主要原因是阴阳离子交换床再生反洗过程中引入了大量的强酸强碱,使COD浓度增加,应对措施是利用臭氧催化氧化试验装置,在臭氧投加比为18、反应时间为4h的条件下进一步去除COD,以上措施实施后COD去除率可达51%,且臭氧对该污水有明显的脱色效果。The advanced processing unit in the industrial water workshop of Karamay Petrochemical Company often encounters the problem of standard-exceeding conductivity in the production of reverse osmosis water,which results in the poor quality of the feed water for the thermal power boiler system.The regenerant water generated in the ion exchange bed of the thermal power system is finally discharged as diluted wastewater into the drainage system,causing COD to fail to meet the standard.This paper analyzes the reasons for these two problems and proposes corresponding solutions.The results show that the main reason for the standard-exceeding conductivity is the introduction of high-salt decalcified wastewater,which increases Ca^(2+)and exacerbates membrane fouling,shortening the service life of the membrane.The solution is to change the reverse osmosis from parallel to series.The main reason for the standard-exceeding COD in the dilution wastewater of the power plant is that a large amount of strong acid and strong alkali is introduced during the regeneration and washing process of the ion exchange bed,which increases the COD concentration.The solution is to use an ozone catalytic oxidation test device to further remove COD under the conditions of an ozone dosage ratio of 18 and a reaction time of 4 hours.After implementing the above measures,the COD removal rate can reach 51%,and ozone has a significant decolorization effect on the wastewater.
