摘 要:连江流域河流众多,暴雨及洪灾频发,洪水呈现多峰形式。本文通过对连江洪水特征进行分析,并结合流域现有的水利工程设施,以防洪兼水资源利用为原则,制定超标准洪水预警体系方案,提出流域的重点水库、梯级电站的调度方案,以及防洪重点区域连州市、阳山县的多标准防洪预案,并且对流域洪水的防御和工程调度等提出了相应措施,形成了流域内多峰洪态下的超标准防洪预案体系,确保流域内的居民生命财产安全。Lianjiang River Basin has numerous rivers and frequent heavy rain and flood disasters,and the flood presents a multi-peak pattern.Based on the analysis of the flood characteristics of Lianjiang River,combined with the existing water conservancy project facilities in the basin,taking the utilization of flood control and water resources as the principle,this paper formulates the plan of over-standard flood warning system,proposes the dispatching plan of key reservoirs and cascade power stations in the basin,and the multi-standard flood control plan of Lianzhou City and Yangshan County,which are the key flood control areas.Measures for flood defense and project scheduling in the basin are proposed,forming a system of over-standard flood control plans under multi-peak floods in the basin to ensure the safety of residents’lives and property.
