摘 要:太浦河泵站从满足启闭条件到管理人员收到上级调令,耗时较长,且启用时将对下游供水产生不利影响。因此,有必要开展泵站启用条件预判研究。本文基于历史资料统计分析法,研究了水文气象因素对开泵时机的影响。结果表明,历次开泵前,降水量均有明显上升趋势,且受东南风和吴淞江高潮位的影响,造成平望水位高于闸下水位。因此,泵站管理人员应密切关注水文气象预报信息,并结合近期水文气象因素变化趋势,作好开泵时机预判。It takes a long time for Taipuhe pump station from meeting the opening and closing conditions to the reception of transfer order from the superior by the management personnel,which will have an adverse effect on the downstream water supply when the pump station is opened.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the pre-prediction study on the commissioning condition of the pump station.Based on statistical analysis of historical data,this paper studies the influence of hydrometeorological factors on pump opening time.The results show that the precipitation had an obvious upward trend before the pump was started in all previous occasions,and the influence of southeast wind and the high tide level of Wusong River caused the level of the horizontal water was higher than that under the sluice.Therefore,the management personnel of the pump station should pay close attention to the hydrometeorological forecast information and make a good start-up timing prediction based on the recent trend of hydrometeorological factors.
