摘　　要：标准化作为保障工程安全的重要技术支撑,在推进工程治理体系和治理能力现代化建设中发挥着基础性和引领性作用。新阶段水利高质量发展对南水北调工程提出了新的要求,因此运行管理标准化需要及时创新发展。本文通过对南水北调东线工程运行管理标准化工作的发展与现状进行系统全面的梳理,分析当前存在的问题,思考今后的工作方向,以期为南水北调东线工程运行管理标准化建设提供借鉴。As an important technical support to ensure project safety,standardization plays a fundamental and leading role in promoting the modernization of project governance system and governance capacity.The high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage has put forward new requirements for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,so that the standardization of operation and management needs timely innovative development.Through a systematic and comprehensive review of the development and status of operation and management standardization of the east route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,this paper analyzes the existing problems and thoughts about the future direction of the work,in order to provide reference for the construction of operation and management standardization of the east route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
