摘　　要：宁波地域的茶文化与禅文化源远流长,茶与禅滋养了宁波地域的历史文化,使宁波地域的历史文化有着特别的茶禅味道。宁波的僧人和文人特别爱在茶中体悟禅境,茶禅成为宁波僧人及文人的生活情趣,乃至于精神慰藉。不仅是宁波的地域历史文化,中国的历史文化中茶禅是重要的组成部分。The tea culture and Zen culture in Ningbo has a long history.Tea and Zen nourish the history and culture of Ningbo and make the history and culture of Ningbo have a special taste of tea and Zen.Buddhist monks and scholars in Ningbo particularly loved to experience Zen in tea.Tea Zen has become the life interest of Buddhist monks and scholars in Ningbo,even spiritual comfort.It is not only the regional history and culture of Ningbo,but also the important part of Chinese history and culture.
