摘　　要：朱自振等编著的《中国古代茶书集成》,收录唐至清代各个历史时期茶书114种,纵览其中所关联的汉水流域茶文化,史迹清晰,意蕴深厚。分别呈现唐至五代茶之出、茶之事、水品次等基本内涵;宋元时期茶艺掌故及其意蕴、茶之生长环境与采拾、茶政体系及其样貌等发展样态;明清时期茶诗意向、水品意蕴、陆羽生平、茶之品名等多元意蕴。基于中国古代茶书,探究历史时期汉水流域茶文化,可为当下对其内涵研究、价值开掘、品牌塑造和产业发展提供经验借鉴。Ancient Chinese Tea Books Collection compiled by Zhu Zizhen collects 114 kinds of tea books in various historical periods from the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,among which the tea culture in the Han River Basin is reviewed with clear historical traces and profound implications.It manifests the tea origin and affairs as well as water quality from the Tang Dynasty to the Five Dynasties,the stories and connotations of tea ceremony,the living environment and picking and the governance system of tea in Song and Yuan Dynasties,the tea poems,tea water,Lu Yu’s life and tea kinds of the Ming and Qing dynasties.Based on ancient Chinese tea books,the study of tea culture in the Han River Basin in historical periods can provide some experience and reference for current connotation research and value exploration.
