摘　　要：欧盟作为全球轨道装备高端市场,对产品的制造技术、产品质量及可靠性有着较高要求,其中通过TSI相关标准体系认证是铁路产品进入欧洲市场的重要一环。铁道车辆通用卫生间作为轨道车辆内装的重要组成部分,需满足包括残疾人和行动不便人士在内的所有乘客的使用要求。文章介绍了TSI 1300:2014《关于残障人士及行动不便人士对欧盟铁路系统的可达性的互操作性技术规范》、TSI 1302:2014《与欧盟铁路系统“机车车辆-机车和客运车辆”子系统有关的互通性技术规范》的相关规定,按照标准要求提出了铁道车辆通用卫生间门、卫生间内部设施、标识、噪声控制、环保管控等的设计方案,并论证了产品设计符合性。目前该设计已经通过TSI认证审核并获得相关证书,为国内企业进一步打开欧洲市场提供参考和借鉴。As a global high-end market of rail equipment,the European Union has high requirements on product manufacturing technology,product quality and reliability.So it is an important link for railway products to enter the European market to pass the cortification of TSI related standard system.As an important part of railway vehicles,the universal toilet of railway vehicles shall meet the use requirements of all passengers including persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility.This paper introduces the relevant provisions of TSI 1300:2014“Technical Specifications for Interoperability Relating to Accessibility of the Union′s Rail System for Persons with Disabilities and Persons with Reduced Mobility”and TSI 1302:2014“Technical Specification for Interoperability Relating to the‘Rolling Stock-Locomotives and Passenger Rolling Stock’Subsystem of the Rail System in the European Union”,and puts forward the design scheme of toilet door,internal facilities,logo,noise control and environmental protection control of railway vehicles according to the standard requirements,and demonstrates the conformity of the product design.At present,the design has passed TSI certification audit and obtained relevant certificates,providing reference for domestic enterprises to further open up the European market.
