摘 要:F8型空气分配阀以故障率低、检修周期长、检修工艺性好、技术难度及检修成本低等优点深受各客车运用单位欢迎。2017年推出的铝合金阀体的F8L型空气分配阀更是打通了与其他型号制动机的互换性,快速提高了市场占有率。但在大量装车后,尤其是在原踏面制动客车换装F8L型空气分配阀后,单车安定性试验时,微控单车试验器误报制动缸漏泄量超标。经深入分析,该不合格项点实际是F8L型空气分配阀与踏面制动组合的制动系统与微控单车试验器内部采样逻辑匹配性偏差造成的误报现象。文章通过分析F8L型空气分配阀试验动作过程,F8L型空气分配阀与盘型制动装置和踏面制动装置配合差异以及单车试验器采样原理,结合现车实际验证,针对F8L制动系统对于配置不同的基础制动装置(盘型或踏面),提出了对单车试验器采样逻辑的修订建议,在满足单车试验有关标准前提下,提高单车试验可靠性和精准度,防范误判或不合格产品产生。F8air distribution valve is very popular among passenger car operators for its advantages of low failure rate,long maintenance cycle,good maintenance process,low technical difficulty and low maintenance cost.The F8Lair distribution valve with an aluminum alloy valve body introduced in 2017quickly increased its market share by virtue of its interchangeability with other models of braking machines.However,after the large-scale loading,especially when the single vehicle stability test is carried out after the original tread brake passenger car is replaced with the F8Lair distribution valve,the micro-controlled single vehicle tester will misreport that the brake cylinder leakage exceeds the standard.After in-depth analysis,it is found that the unqualified item is actually a false alarm caused by the internal sampling logic matching deviation between the braking system,which is composed of F8Lair distribution valve and tread brake,and the micro-controlled vehicle tester.This paper analyzes the test action process of F8Lair distribution valve,and studies the coordination difference between F8Lair distribution valve and disc brake device and tread brake device,and the sampling principle of single vehicle tester.By combining the actual verification of the vehicle,this paper proposes a revised proposal for the sampling logic of the single vehicle tester for the F8Lbraking system to configure different basic braking devices(disc or tread type),which improves the reliability and accuracy of the single vehicle test under the premise of meeting the relevant standards of the single vehicle test,and preventsmisjudgment or unqualified products.
