摘 要:为有效提高45#钢表面的耐磨性,制备标号为JG-8、JG-11的合金粉末,采用RHJR850X6000型四轴联动数控激光加工机并进行激光熔覆试验,优化工艺参数,获得了2种铁基熔覆材料。用DM2700M型金相显微镜、VHX-5000超景深显微镜和NanoSEM450型扫描电镜对熔覆层进行微观表征,用MMQ2000型摩擦试验机进行摩擦磨损性能试验,分析了激光熔覆前后45#钢基材表面的显微组织、硬度、摩擦性能的变化。结果表明,涂层组织均匀致密,内部无裂缝、孔隙等缺陷,与基体结合良好;JG-8和JG-11两种熔覆层的平均硬度较基体材料分别提高了207.7%和235.9%;磨损率分别降低了22.2%和41.1%;摩擦因数分别降低了33.3%和73.3%。基于JG-8、JG-11两种合金粉末的激光熔覆材料改善了45#钢的表面组织结构,极大提高了基体的耐磨性能,JG-11较JG-8铁基熔覆层材料表面组织结构和耐磨性更优。In order to effectively improve the wear resistance of 45#steel surface,the alloy powders labeled as JG-8 and JG-11 were prepared,RHJR850X6000 four-axis CNC laser processing machine was used to conduct laser melting coating test,and the process parameters were optimized to obtain two kinds of iron-based melting coating materials.DM2700M metallographic microscope,VHX-5000 ultra-depth of field microscope and NanoSEM450 scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the microstructure of coating layer,MMQ2000 friction and wear test machine was used to analyze the changes of microstructure,hardness and friction performance of 45#steel substrate surface before and after laser cladding.The results show that the cladding layer is uniform and dense,without cracks,pores and other defects,and has good bonding with the matrix.The average hardness of JG-8 and JG-11 melted coatings was 207.7%and 235.9%higher than that of the matrix material,separately;the wear rate decreased by 22.2%and 41.1%,separately;the friction coefficients were reduced by33.3%and 73.3%,respectively.Laser melting based on JG-8 and JG-11 alloy powder improves the surface structure of 45#steel and greatly improves the wear resistance of the matrix.The surface structure and wear resistance of JG-11 are better than that of JG-8 iron-based melting layer material.
