摘 要:为了考察KW5型煤炭漏斗车底门开闭机构能否实现预期的基本动作,首先利用ADAMS多体系统动力学软件建立底门开闭机构的多体仿真模型,进行开关门过程传动模拟,校验各部件在传动过程中是否存在干涉或传动不到位等情况,验证该机构方案的可行性;然后分析开关门气缸所需要的驱动力,并校核手动操作轮在关门和开门过程中所需要的作用力;最后校验了关键传动部件的强度与稳定性。结果表明,KW5型煤炭漏斗车底门开闭机构的结构设计满足工程应用要求。In order to investigate whether the door opening and closing mechanism in KW5 coal hopper wagon can achieve the expected basic movements,firstly,the ADAMS multi-body system dynamics software was used to establish the multi-body simulation model of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism to carry out transmission simulation of the door-opening process.The interference and movement of each component was checked during the transmission process.The feasibility of the program was verified.The required motion force to open and close the door was analyzed,and the force required by the manual operation wheel during the process of closing and opening the door was checked.Finally,the strength and stability of the key transmission components were verified.The results show that the structural design of the door opening and closing mechanism in KW5 coal hopper wagon meet the engineering application requirements.
