摘 要:胚芽分离旋流器内部流场决定了淀粉的分离效率以及分级精度,利用常规实验测量的方法来获取内部流场信息不仅工作量大,而且难以获取瞬时信息。为揭示流场内空气柱生成规律,建立了胚芽分离旋流器的流场区域模型,并通过流体力学软件Fluent进行了模拟仿真,研究了流体的给入速度对空气柱的影响。从数值计算的结果可以看出,给入速度是影响空气柱特性的关键因素之一,较高的给入速度有利于空气柱的形成,继续提高速度,空气柱形状尺寸趋于均匀。为胚芽分离旋流器的优化提供了参考。The internal flow field of germ separation hydrocyclone determines the separation efficiency and classification accuracy of starch.Using conventional experimental measurement methods to obtain the internal flow field information is not only heavy workload,but also difficult to obtain instantaneous information.In order to reveal the law of air column formation in the flow field,a regional model of the flow field was established,and the simulation was carried out by using the fluid dynamics software Fluent to study the influence of the fluid feeding speed on the air column.From the results of numerical calculation,it can be seen that the feeding speed is one of the key factors affecting the characteristics of air column.Higher feeding speed is conducive to the formation of air column,continue to improve the speed,and the shape and size of air column tend to be uniform.It provides a reference for the optimization of germ separation hydrocyclone.
