摘 要:为研究汽车悬架的舒适性与操控稳定性之间的联系,引入簧载质量加速度、悬架动挠度以及轮胎动载荷这3个指标,用于评价汽车悬架减振效果,并在Simulink软件里建立了1/4汽车被动悬架模型,仿真分析了不同悬架参数设置下汽车被动悬架这3项指标的幅频响应。结果表明,同一评价指标在不同频段的效果各不相同,被动悬架无法兼顾汽车行驶的舒适性与操纵稳定性。In order to study the relationship between the comfort and handling stability of automobile suspension,this paper introduces three evaluation indexes of automobile suspension damping effect:sprung mass acceleration,suspension dynamic deflection and tire dynamic load,which are used to evaluate the damping effect of automobile suspension.The passive suspension model of a quarter of the vehicle is established in Simulink software,and the amplitude frequency response of the three indexes of the vehicle passive suspension under different suspension parameter settings is analyzed by simulation.It is concluded that the effects of the same evaluation index in different frequency bands are different,and it is also determined that the passive suspension can not take into account the comfort and handling stability of the vehicle.
