摘  要:目的皮耐克联合重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhaFGF)治疗指端皮肤缺损的报道较少。文中旨在探讨人工真皮联合rhaFGF与单独应用人工真皮治疗指端皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2018年8月至2020年2月南京市第一医院骨科41例指端皮肤缺损患者的临床资料。按照手术方式的不同,分为联合组(人工真皮联合rhaFGF组,n=21)和单独组(单独人工真皮移植,n=20)。通过创面愈合时间、疤痕形成情况、指端感觉恢复、指端功能恢复情况来评价两组疗效。结果两组在皮温、疼痛、活动功能、痛温觉恢复方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在瘢痕形成、创面愈合时间、色泽和弹性方面比较,联合组优于单独组(P<0.05)。色泽、弹性方面比较,联合组优于单独组(P<0.05)。结论rhaFGF有助于促进创面愈合,联合人工真皮治疗指端皮肤缺损的临床效果较好,值得临床推荐使用。Objective There are few reports on Pinac combined with recombinant human acid fibroblast growth factor(rhaFGF)in the treatment of fingertip skin defect.This paper aims to investigate the clinical effects of artificial dermis combined with rhaFGF and artificial dermis alone in the treatment of fingertip skin defects.Methods From August 2018 to February 2020,the clinical data of 41 patients with fingertip skin defect in our department of Orthopedics were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the combined group(artificial derma combined rhaFGF group,n=21)and the single group(artificial dermis transplantation alone,n=20).The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by wound healing time,scar formation,fingertip sensation recovery and fingertip function recovery.Results There was no significant difference in skin temperature,pain,movement function and recovery of pain and temperature sensation between the two groups(P>0.05),but the combination group was better than the single group in scar formation,wound healing time,color and elasticity(P<0.05).The comparison of color and elasticity in combination group was better than that in single group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rhaFGF can promote wound healing,and the combined application of artificial dermis in the treatment of fingertip skin defect has good clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
