摘 要:高原心脏病(HAHD)指长期在高原特殊的低压低氧环境下,机体产生复杂的病理生理变化形成肺动脉高压,最终引发心肌损害和循环系统功能障碍的疾病,其早期临床诊断困难、预后较差,严重威胁高原居民的生命健康。目前检查手段中除右心导管造影及超声心动图的应用比较成熟外,CT肺动脉成像和心脏磁共振成像等多是辅助或验证临床确诊的HAHD,应用影像学数据来提示心血管结构与功能的改变特征。文章就HAHD临床特点、发病机制及现有医学影像学辅助诊断技术的现况研究进行综述。High altitude heart disease(HAHD)refers to a disease caused by complex pathophysiological changes in the body under the special low pressure and low oxygen environment on the plateau for a long time,resulting in pulmonary hypertension,which eventually leads to myocardial damage and circulatory system dysfunction.Its early clinical diagnosis is difficult and its prognosis is poor,which seriously threatens the life and health of plateau residents.Currently,in addition to the mature application of right heart catheters and echocardiography,CT pulmonary artery imaging and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging are mainly used to assist or verify clinically confirmed HAHD,and imaging data are used to indicate the characteristics of changes in cardiovascular structure and function.This article reviews the clinical characteristics,pathogenesis and current research status of medical imaging assisted diagnosis techniques of HAHD.
