摘　　要：在对“数智经济”时代会计职能转变及会计转型现状进行全面调查分析的基础上,总结当前高校会计学专业人才培养存在的问题,并从人才培养顶层设计、“双师型”教师队伍建设、校企合作机制建立以及“三全育人”等角度提出应对措施。Based on the change of the"digital-economy"era accounting function and accounting status quotransformation on the basis of comprehensive investigation and analysis,summed up the current problems existing in the accounting professional personnel cultivating in colleges and universities,and the top-level design of talent cultivating,the"double type"teachers team construction,cooperation mechanism between colleges and puts forward the countermeasures such as"three-wide education".
