民用飞机着陆灯热性能数值分析

摘  要:航空着陆灯的主要失效形式是热失效,因此,热设计是航空着陆灯设计中非常重要的环节。飞机在飞行过程中,着陆灯处于强制对流工况,对着陆灯热设计结果具有很大的影响,而试验箱中较难实现飞机飞行工况,仿真过程大多忽略此工况对航空着陆灯热设计结果的影响。以一种典型民用飞机着陆灯为研究对象,采用着陆灯热设计时普遍使用的3种方法进行数值分析,模拟飞机飞行过程中强制对流工况中着陆灯的热结果,通过对比,不同设计方法对热设计结果影响较大,Fluent强制对流分析中的热设计结果比较接近飞机飞行过程中的真实工况。The research shows that thermal failure is the main failure mode of the landing lamp,so thermal design is very important in the themmal design of the landing lamp.During the flight of aireraft,the landing lamp on the aircraft is in the forced convection condition,which has a great influence on the thermal design results of the landing lamp,However,it is difficult to realize the aircraft flight condition in the test chamber,and the influence of this condition on the thermal design results of the aircraft landing lamp is ignored in the simulation process.Based on a typical civil aircraft landing lights as the research object in this paper,three kinds of methods of numerical analysis were used during the thermal design of landing lights,The thermal results of landing lights under forced convection conditions during aircraft flight are simulated,comparing the results of three kinds numerical analysis,the results show that different influence on the results of numerical methods for thermal design,fluent in the forced convection analysis result is close to the real conditions in the process of flight.
