摘  要:为了确定苦荬菜种子最适的采种时间,以川畜1号苦荬菜种子为材料,研究不同成熟度苦荬菜种子在形态特征和发芽特性上的差异。结果表明,完熟期苦荬菜种子品质相对最好,幼苗长和幼苗鲜重最高,发芽率为87.75%。随着种子不断成熟,千粒重呈先增加后降低的趋势,但差异不显著;含水量、发芽率、发芽势逐渐降低,硬实率逐渐升高,且差异显著;种子活力指数呈下降趋势,同步指数呈上升趋势,但差异不显著。兼顾苦荬菜种子品质和方便生产采收操作,建议分批对达到完熟期的苦荬菜种子进行采收。To confirming the optimum stage for harvesting the seeds of Lactuca indica,different maturity degrees of seeds in Chuanxu No.1 L.indica were used as the experimental materials to compare the differences of the morphology and the germination characteristics.The seeds had the best quality at the mature stage with the longest seedling and the highest fresh weight,when the germination rate was 87.75%.As the seeds developed,thousand seed weight was increased and then decreased with no significant difference.Water content,germination rate and germination force gradually was reduced,while hard seed rate was increased.There was no significant difference in seed vigor and synchronous index.To ensure both the seed quality and the harvesting operation,the seeds of L.indica was suggested to be collected in batches when most of the seeds in the mature stage.
