摘　　要：在电信网络运营期间,需要关注商务、住宅、校园等楼宇的相关网络质量。文章设计了一种电信楼宇管理系统,该系统采用B/S模式、Java Web技术和JSP开发技术、MySQL数据库,实现了楼宇指标统计、重点楼宇统计、楼宇网络质量评分、楼宇库资源维护、楼宇库信息统计等功能。实践表明,该系统提升了电信运营商楼宇场景的网络质量,实现了楼宇管理信息化、网络化、智能化的改进。During the period of telecommunication network operation,it is necessary to pay attention to the network quality related to business,residential,campus and other buildings.This paper designs a telecommunication building management system,which uses B/S model,Java Web technology,JSP development technology and MySQL database to realize the functions of building index statistics,key building statistics,building network quality scoring,building library resource maintenance and building library information statistics.Practice shows that the system improves the network quality of telecom operators' building scenarios,and realizes information,network and intelligent improvement.
