摘 要:在光滑内翅片管的基础上,结合凹凸板式换热器提出一种新型球凸内翅片管。比较球凸内翅片管、球窝内翅片管和光滑内翅片管的换热性能与流动阻力可知:球凸内翅片管的换热性能与流动阻力最大;通过比较不同排数球凸内翅片管和球凸内翅片管不同排列方式的换热特性与流动阻力可知,三排球凸内翅片管的努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f最大,二排对排球凸内翅片管的综合换热性能指标ftef最优;比较不同翅片数球凸内翅片管的换热性能与流动阻力,得出8个翅片球凸内翅片管的综合换热性能指标ftef最优;并应用湍动能云图分析不同翅片球凸内翅片管的强化传热机理。Based on the smooth inner finned tube and in combination with the concave-convex plate heat exchanger,a new ball-convex inner finned tube was proposed.Comparing the heat transfer performance and flow resistance of ball-convex internal finned tube,ball-nest internal finned tube and smooth internal finned tube showed that,the heat transfer performance and flow resistance of ball-convex internal finned tube are the largest.Through comparing the heat transfer characteristics and flow resistance of different rows of spherical convex inner finned tubes and different arrangements of spherical convex inner finned tubes,the Nusser number and resistance coefficient of three rows of spherical convex inner finned tubes are the largest,and the comprehensive heat transfer performance index of two rows of opposite rows of spherical convex inner finned tubes is the best.Comparing the heat transfer performance and flow resistance of the spherically convex inner finned tube with different fin numbers indicates that the integrated heat transfer performance index of eight finned spherically convex inner finned tubes is the best.Finally,applying turbulent kinetic to analyze the enhanced heat transfer mechanism of the different finned spherically convex inner finned tube was implemented.
