摘 要:为缓解曙三区杜家台油层高含水期出现的油水井利用率低、水驱动用不均衡、采油速度低等问题,开展了聚合物驱提高采收率技术研究。将室内实验数据与矿场生产数据相结合,运用油藏工程分析和数值模拟方法,进行出砂强度分级评价、聚合物驱可行性评价及先导试验方案设计。认为在出砂油藏聚合物驱当中,应基于层段优选,以井组为单元按照出砂等级设计配套的防砂工艺和合理的注采参数,从而实现最佳经济效益,并最大幅度提高采收率。先后在11个井组实施了聚合物驱矿场试验,日产油量得以大幅提高,综合含水率大幅下降,提高采收率12.6%。Aiming at the problems of low utilization of oil and water wells,imbalanced use of water drive,and low oil recovery rate in Dujiatai oil layer in Shu-3 area during the high water cut period,the research on polymer flooding EOR technology was carried out.Combining laboratory experimental data with field production data,using reservoir engineering analysis and numerical simulation methods,grading evaluation of sand production strength,feasibility evaluation of polymer flooding and pilot test scheme design are carried out.It is proposed that in polymer flooding of sand producing reservoirs,the matching sand control technology and reasonable injection-production parameters should be designed based on interval optimization and well group as a unit according to sand production grade,so as to achieve the best economic benefits and maximize oil recovery.Field tests of polymer flooding have been carried out in 11 well groups,resulting in a significant increase in daily oil production,a significant decrease in comprehensive water cut and an increase in oil recovery of 12.6%.
