食管重复囊肿一例

摘　　要：食管重复囊肿是一种罕见的先天性畸形,是在发育的4~8周内原始食管空泡化失败造成的。在成人中,通常是无症状的。该文报道了1例29岁男性食管重复囊肿患者的诊治过程,该患者通过体检发现,无任何不适,入院后完善了CT、胃镜及超声胃镜检查,最后手术切除确诊。该文回顾了相关文献并进行总结,以期提高对该病的认识。Esophageal duplication cyst is a rare congenital cystic malformation from the failure of primary esophageal vacuolation during 4-8 weeks of development,which is usually asymptomatic in adults.Here,we reported the diagnosis and treatment of a 29-year-old male patient diagnosed with esophageal duplication cyst.He was asymptomatic by physical examination.After admission,CT scan,gastroscopy and ultrasonic gastroscopy were performed,and the diagnosis was finally confirmed by surgical excision.In this article,relevant studies were reviewed and summarized,aiming to deepen the understanding of this disease.
