摘　　要：天然和有机化妆品在国际上呈现增长态势,但中国天然和有机化妆品仍处于空白状态。对ISO 16128-1/2《天然和有机化妆品成分和产品的技术定义和标准》中的定义及天然和有机成分的计算方式进行了分析,对主流的天然和有机化妆品认证标准、标签要求、程序进行了阐述,并为中国将来发展天然和有机化妆品提供参考和方向。Natural and organic cosmetics have shown an increasing trend in the world,but China’s natural and organic cosmetics are still blank.By studying the definition and calculation method of natural organic ingredients in ISO 16128-1/2 Guidelines on Technical Definitions and Criteria for Natural and Organic Cosmetic Ingredients and Products,the mainstream certification standards,labeling requirements and procedures for natural and organic cosmetics were elucidated,which might provide a reference and point out the direction for the development of natural and organic cosmetics in China.
