4,4-二氯-2-羟基二苯醚在洗衣凝珠中抑菌除味效果研究

摘　　要：在洗衣凝珠配方开发中,用4,4-二氯-2-羟基二苯醚(HP-100)作为抑菌剂,采用悬液定量法,考察HP-100加量对不同配方体系的洗衣凝珠样品抑菌率的影响;采用纺织品抗菌性能评价吸收法,研究了添加HP-100的洗衣凝珠样品的长效抑菌性能;采用实际测评填写调查问卷的方式,考察HP-100控制异味的效果。测试结果显示,随着HP-100加量的增加,2款洗衣凝珠样品对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率也随之增加,当HP-100加量为0.3%时,配方1的抑菌率达到99.9%;用配方1+0.3%HP-100的洗衣凝珠样品洗涤过的棉布,24 h后对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率大于50%,仍具有抑菌效果;添加HP-100的洗衣凝珠样品洗涤过的织物对异味的控制能力优于不含HP-100的洗衣凝珠处理过的织物,HP-100添加在洗衣凝珠中可以起到抑菌除味的效果。4,4-Dichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether(HP-100)was used as a bacteriostatic agent in the formulation of laundry detergent pods.The suspension quantitative method was used to investigate the effects of HP-100 on the bacteriostasis rate of laundry detergent pods in different formulation systems.The long-term bacteriostatic properties of laundry detergent pods with HP-100 added were studied by absorption method which was a method for evaluating the antibacterial activity of textiles.The effect of HP-100 in controlling odor was examined by questionnaire.The test results showed that,with the increase of HP-100,the bacteriostasis rate of the two laundry detergent pods on staphylococcus aureus was also increased;when the HP-100 dosage was 0.3%,the bacteriostasis rate of Formula 1 reached 99.9%;after washing cotton cloth with the laundry detergent pod sample of formula 1+0.3%HP-100,the bacteriostasis rate against staphylococcus aureus after 24 h was greater than 50%,indicating that it still had bacteriostatic effect.In addition,it was found that the odor control ability of the fabric washed with HP-100-containing laundry detergent pods was better than that of the fabric treated with those without HP-100,indicative of the antibacterial and deodorant performance of HP-100 in laundry detergent pods.
