摘  要:探究了一种毛叶杯轴花(Tambourissa trichophylla)叶提取物的活性成分、抗氧化能力和舒缓功效。通过福林酚法对其总酚含量进行测定,并通过DPPH自由基清除实验对其抗氧化能力进行测试,采用透明质酸酶活性抑制实验及通过脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠单核巨噬细胞(RAW264.7)产生的一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的表达量来评价其舒缓功效。结果显示,毛叶杯轴花叶提取物总酚含量高达54%;在浓度为25μg/mL时,DPPH自由基清除率达到81.18%;在浓度为5 mg/mL时,透明质酸酶抑制率达到69.04%;在浓度为0.05 mg/mL时,对LPS诱导RAW246.7细胞产生的NO和IL-6抑制率分别为15.70%、76.57%。以上说明,毛叶杯轴花叶提取物活性成分含量高,具有较强的抗氧化和舒缓功效,在化妆品的开发与应用中具有重要价值。The active ingredients,antioxidant activity and soothing efficacy of the Tambourissa trichophylla leaf extract(TTLE)were studied.The total phenolic content of TTLE was determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu method,and the antioxidant activity was tested by DPPH radical scavenging assay.Hyaluronidase inhibition experiment,as well as in vitro cell tests evaluated by the expression of nitric oxide(NO)and interleukin-6(IL-6)produced by mouse mononuclear macrophages(RAW264.7)induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-,were used to assess the soothing efficacy of TTLE.The results showed that,the total phenolic content of TTLE was as high as 54%;the DPPH scavenging rate was 81.18%at the concentration of 25μg/mL;the hyaluronidase inhibition rate was 69.04%at the concentration of 5 mg/mL;at 0.05 mg/mL,the inhibition rates against NO and IL-6 were 15.70%and 76.57%,respectively.In conclusion,TTLE has high content of total phenols,and TTLE has good antioxidant activity and soothing effects,which is a promising ingredient in the development and application of cosmetics.
