摘  要:为降低间甲苯二胺脱水过程中的能耗,提出了双效精馏和热泵精馏节能工艺。使用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对该体系的常规精馏、3种双效精馏、热泵精馏进行模拟优化,得出间甲苯二胺脱水过程的最佳操作条件和设备参数;最后分别对常规精馏、双效精馏和热泵精馏的综合能耗和最小年度总费用(TAC)进行了分析对比。研究结果表明:热泵精馏的节能效果最好,比常规精馏能耗节约了47.5%,年度总费用节约了31.9%。In order to reduce energy consumption in the dehydration process of m-toluene di amine,double-effect distillation and heat pump distillation were proposed in this paper.The.conventional distillation,three kinds of double-effect distillation and heat pump distillation were simulated and optimized by using Aspen Plus process simulation software,and the op-timal operating conditions and equipment parameters of m-toluene diamine dehydration process were obtained.Finally,the comprehensive energy consumption and minimum annual total(TAC)of conventional distillation,double effect distillation and heat pump distillation were analyzed and compared.The results show that heat pump distillation has the best ener-gy saving effect,saving 47.5%energy consumption and 31.9%annual total cost compared with conventional distillation.
