摘 要:基于欧拉-欧拉双流体模型,对无分布板式锥形鼓泡流化床内碳纳米管的膨胀行为进行了数值模拟。考察了不同的颗粒当量直径计算方法及不同种类碳纳米管对床层膨胀能力的影响、不同表观风速下床内两相结构的体积分数分布及膨胀特性。模拟结果显示:碳纳米管的当量直径计算结果对床高有至关重要的影响,其当量直径越大,膨胀率越小,垂直阵列管床层膨胀高度大于聚团管,在低入口气速的情况下存在“局部流化”的特性,气泡在上升过程中逐渐变小甚至消失,随着入口气速的增加,气泡大小逐渐增加,床层膨胀率也逐渐增加。模拟与实验结果对比良好。Based on the Euler Euler two-fluid model,the expansion behavior of carbon nano-tubes in a non-distributed plate-shaped conical bubbling fluidized bed was numerically simu-lated.The effects of different particle equivalent diameter calculation methods and different types of carbon nanotubes on the bed expansion capacity,the volume fraction distribution and expansion characteristics of the two phase structure in the bed at different apparent wind speeds were investigated.The simulation results show that the calculation result of the e-quivalent diameter of carbon nanotubes has a crucial impact on the bed height.The larger the equivalent diameter,the smaller the expansion rate.The expansion height of the vertical ar-ray nanotube bed is greater than that of the agglomerate nanotube.In the case of low inlet gas velocity,there is a“local fluidization”characteristic,the bubbles gradually become smaller or even disappear during the ascent process.As the inlet gas velocity increases,the:bubble size gradually increases,and the bed expansion rate also gradually increases.The simulation results are compared with the experiments,and they are in good agreement.
