摘 要:体育统考生是我国体育专业教育发展的后备力量,其质量优劣将直接影响体育专业人才队伍的质量。如何让统考生获得最佳竞技状态,不仅在体力、技艺和战术等方面训练有素,还需要掌握良好的心理技能训练方法。文章运用心理技能训练原理及方法,结合体育统考生的实际情况,探索心理技能训练方法对体育统考生运动技能水平提升或测试(竞赛)时的最佳竞技状态调节的作用;体育统考生适当掌握一定的心理技能训练方法能有效调节自身的焦虑水平和应激水平,有利于运动竞技水平或测试(竞赛)成绩的发挥。The unified physical education examination students are the reserve force for the development of physical education in China,and their quality will directly afiect the quality of physical education professionals.How to make the unified examination students get the best competitive state,not only need to be well trained in physical strength,skills,tactics and other aspects,but also need to master good psychological skills training methods.In this paper,the theory and method of psychological skill training combined with the actual situation of unified physical examination students are used to explore the efiect of psychological skill training method on the improvement of sports skill level of unified physical examination students or the adjustment of the best competitive state in the test(competition).The students in the unified physical education examination can effectively adjust their anxiety level and stress level by properly mastering certain training methods of psychological skills,which is conducive to the development of sports competitive level or test(competition)results.
