摘  要:利用聚二甲氧基硅氧烷对碳纤维(CF)进行改性,在聚丙烯(PP)中填充硅烷改性碳纤维(MCF)制备PP/MCF复合材料,并对其力学性能、阻燃性能以及抑烟性能进行研究。结果表明:PP/MCF复合材料相较于PP/CF具有更优异的力学性能以及阻燃性能。PP/MCF-3的力学性能达到最佳,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别达到27.8 MPa和28.3 MPa,缺口冲击强度相较纯PP提高15.5%。MCF的加入有效提高复合材料的LOI值,PP/MCF-3的LOI达到31.3%,并且具有较低的热释放速率以及产烟量。PP/MCF复合材料具有优异的力学性能以及阻燃性能,可以用于建筑阻燃管材领域。Carbon fiber(CF)was modified by polydimethoxysiloxane,and silane modified carbon fiber(MCF)was filled in polypropylene(PP)to prepare PP/MCF composites.The mechanical properties,flame retardancy and smoke suppression properties of the composites were studied.The results show that PP/MCF composites have better mechanical properties and flame retardant properties than PP/CF composites.The mechanical properties of PP/MCF-3 are the best.The tensile strength and flexural strength of PP/MCF-3 reache 27.8 MPa and 28.3 MPa,respectively,and the notched impact strength is 15.5%higher than that of pure PP.The addition of MCF effectively improves the LOI value of the composites.The LOI of PP/MCF-3 reaches 31.3%,and it has a lower heat release rate and smoke production.PP/MCF composites have excellent mechanical properties and flame retardancy,which can be used in the field of building flame retardant pipes.
