摘 要:在聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂中加入锡酸锌(ZHS)阻燃剂,制备阻燃耐高温的PVC/ZHS复合材料,并对其热稳定性、力学性能、阻燃抑烟性能以及耐高温性能进行测试。结果表明:ZHS的加入可以有效增强复合材料的热稳定性。PVC/ZHS-3的拉伸强度以及缺口冲击强度分别为19.7 MPa和29.32 kJ/m^(2),表现较好的力学性能。阻燃抑烟性能方面,PVC/ZHS-3的LOI值最大,为29.7%,并且燃烧热释放和产烟量最低。相较纯PVC,PVC/ZHS-3在高温处理后性能下降率较低,具有优异的耐高温性能。Zinc stannate(ZHS)flame retardant was added to polyvinyl chloride(PVC)resin to prepare flame retardant and high temperature resistant PVC/ZHS composites.The thermal stability,mechanical properties,flame retardant and smoke suppression properties and high temperature resistance were tested.The results show that the addition of ZHS can effectively enhance the thermal stability of PVC/ZHS composites.The tensile strength and notched impact strength of PVC/ZHS-3 are 19.7 MPa and 29.32 kJ/m^(2),respectively,showing good mechanical properties.In terms of flame retardant and smoke suppression performance,PVC/ZHS-3 has the largest LOI value of 29.7%,and the lowest heat release and smoke production.Compared with pure PVC,PVC/ZHS-3 has lower performance degradation rate after high temperature treatment,and has excellent high temperature resistance.
