摘 要:聚苯砜(PPSU)是制造婴幼儿奶瓶的一种新型材料。为全面了解PPSU类产品的质量安全状况,采用高效液相色谱仪检测PPSU奶瓶中残留的风险物质。通过优化提取方式、提取溶剂和加速溶剂萃取仪的工作参数,对色谱柱和流动相组分进行筛选,确定以丙酮作为提取溶剂。样品经过加速溶剂萃取仪提取,对萃取液进行定量测定。该方法的检出限为0.05 mg/kg,加标浓度的回收率为90.0%~96.3%,相对标准偏差是0.7%~6.3%。该方法具有操作简便和精密度高等特点,为PPSU婴幼儿奶瓶的质量安全风险监测提供基础数据和技术支撑。Polyphenylene sulfone(PPSU)is a new material for manufacturing infant bottles.In order to fully understand the quality and safety of PPSU products,high performance liquid chromatography was used to detect the residual risk substances in PPSU bottles.By optimizing the extraction method,extraction solvent and working parameters of the accelerated solvent extractor,the chromatographic column and mobile phase components were screened to determine acetone as the extraction solvent.The samples were extracted by accelerated solvent extraction and the extract was quantitatively determined.The detection limit of the method is 0.05 mg/kg,recovery rate of the spiked concentration is 90.0%~96.3%,and relative standard deviation is 0.7%~6.3%.This method has characteristics of simple operation and high precision,and provides basic data and technical support for the quality and safety risk monitoring of PPSU infant bottles.
