摘　　要：[目的/意义]专利信息服务是专利创造、运用、保护和管理各环节有效运行的重要支撑。[方法/过程]对首批30所国家知识产权示范高校专利信息服务现状进行全面调查,指出国家知识产权示范高校专利信息服务存在的问题,提出提升高校专利信息服务能力和水平的途径。[结果/结论]首批30所国家知识产权示范高校在专利信息服务机构建设,工作人员数量、服务能力、服务水平等方面尚存在不足,需根据专利信息服务的特点和专利生命周期不同阶段的需求,构建从专利创造、运用、保护到管理一体化的信息服务体系。[Purpose/significance]Patent information service is an important support for the effective operation of patent creation􀆯application􀆯protection and management.[Method/process]This paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the current sit⁃uation of patent information service in the first batch of 30 national intellectual property demonstration universities􀆯points out the prob⁃lems existing in the patent information service of national intellectual property demonstration universities􀆯and puts forward some ways to improve the ability and level of patent information service in universities.[Result/conclusion]The first batch of 30 national intellectual property demonstration universities still have deficiencies in the construction of patent information service institutions􀆯the number of staff􀆯service capabilities􀆯and service levels.It is necessary to build an information service system from patent creation􀆯application􀆯protection to management integration according to the characteristics of patent information service and the needs of different stages of the patent life cycle.
