摘 要:南堡油田海底管道周边无锚地,但海底管道可能受到正常航行船舶紧急抛锚时所导致的拖锚威胁。针对360 kg的霍尔锚,基于ABAQUS有限元软件和霍尔锚标准,对南堡油田地区拖锚入土极限深度进行了模拟,基于挪威船级社和德国劳氏船级社标准,对拖锚击中海底管道的可能性进行了计算。研究结果表明,按照管道周边5 000艘(次)/(年·km)的估测数量计算,拖锚击中管道的概率为1.21×10^(-5),根据南堡油田作业风险矩阵,判断南堡油田海底管道被拖锚击中的可能性为低;而对于覆土超过船锚极限入土深度的管段,其遭受第三方破坏的风险则更低。研究工作可为南堡油田海底管道风险管理决策提供技术支撑。There is no anchorage around the submarine pipeline in Nanpu Oilfield,but the submarine pipeline may be exposed to the threat of anchor dragging caused by emergency anchoring of normal sailing ships.For the 360 kg Hall anchor,based on ABAQUS finite element software and Hall anchor standard,the limit depth of anchor in the Nanpu oilfield area was simulated.Based on the standards of Det Norske Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd's Register,the possibility of hitting the submarine pipeline by anchor was calculated.The research results show that,based on the estimated number of 5000 ships/year/km around the pipeline,the probability of hitting the pipeline by dragging anchor is 1.21×10^(-5).According to the operation risk matrix of Nanpu Oilfield,it is judged that the possibility of the submarine pipeline of Nanpu Oilfield being hit by the anchor is low;moreover,the risk of third party damage is lower for the pipe section whose covering soil exceeds the limit depth of anchor.The research work can provide technical support for decision-making and risk management of submarine pipeline in Nanpu Oilfield.
