摘 要:工艺管道是连接动设备和静设备的桥梁,当工艺管道内部存在积水时会引发腐蚀风险,造成阀门、泵叶轮和储罐吸入口等关键部位堵塞,进而引发设备安全问题。采用OpenFOAM软件中的InterFoam求解器计算油水界面的波动情况,分析了实验值和模拟值的吻合性,得到了不同条件下的油水界面形态、原油流速对积水移动的影响及油水界面所发生的Kelvin-Helmholtz界面波动现象。结果表明:实验值和模拟值的一致性较好;上倾管道的油水界面形态与壁面湿润性有关,当接触角θ=30°(亲水性壁面)时,油水界面呈波浪状;当接触角θ=120°(疏水性壁面)时,积水在上倾管道上聚集为水团;积水移动速度随接触角θ和原油流速的增加而增加,当流速超过临界流速时,积水会出现加速移动现象。The process pipeline is a bridge connecting dynamic equipment and static equipment.When there is water inside the process pipeline,it will cause corrosion risk,resulting in the blockage of the valve,pump impeller,storage tank inlet,and other key parts,thereby leading to equipment safety problems.The InterFoam solver in OpenFOAM software was used to calculate the fluctuation of the oil-water interface,and the coincidence between the experimental and simulated values was analyzed.The morphology of the oil-water interface under different conditions,the effect of the oil velocity on water movement,and the Kelvin-Helmholtz interface fluctuation phenomenon were obtained.The results show that the consistency between experimental and simulated values is good.The morphology of the oil-water interface in the updip pipeline is related to wall wettability.When the contact angleθ=30°(hydrophilic wall),the oil water interface is wavy,while the water accumulates into water mass in the updip pipeline when the contact angleθ=120°(hydrophobic wall).The velocity of water movement increases with the increase of the contact angleθand crude oil velocity.When the velocity exceeds the critical velocity,the water movement will accelerate.
