摘 要:采用全位置TIG焊接方式进行脐带缆内套超级双相钢S32750焊接工艺试验,研究分析了焊接接头的力学性能、微观组织、相比例和耐腐蚀能力。结果表明,当焊接试验选用直径2.4 mm钨丝、直径1.0 mm ER2594焊材材质;焊缝背面(管道内部)采用背面充氩的方式进行保护,通过焊接夹具形成的密闭空间,使内部保持氩气气氛,其中外保护气为99.999%Ar,喷嘴气体流量约为6~10 L/min,内保护气为98%Ar+2%N_(2),流量约为10~15 L/min;焊接电流68~70 A,焊接电压12~14 V,焊接速度90~110 mm/min,热输入0.45~0.65 kJ/mm时,焊接接头的力学性能、铁素体含量和耐点蚀能力均满足标准的相关要求。The welding process experiment of the super duplex steel S32750 in the umbilical cable was carried out by the all-position TIG welding method to study and analyze the mechanical properties,microstructure,phase ratio,and corrosion resistance of the welded joint.The results show that when the diameters of the tungsten wire and the welding material ER2594 are 2.4 mm and 1.0 mm,the back of the weld(inside the pipe)is protected by filling argon and the closed space formed by the welding fixture keeps the argon inside,in which the external shielding gas is 99.999%Ar with the nozzle gas flow of about 6~10 L/min and the internal shielding gas is 98%Ar+2%N2 with the flow of about 10~15 L/min,as well as the welding current of 68~70 A,the welding voltage of 12~14 V,the welding speed of 90~110 mm/min,and the heat input of 0.45~0.65 kJ/mm,the mechanical properties,ferrite content,and pitting resistance of the welded joint all meet the relevant standard requirements.
