摘　　要：针对当前油气管道焊接施工在线监测与管理需求,设计了基于STM32的焊接监测系统终端,通过数据暂存与自动补传设计,确保了现场采集数据的可靠性。该终端抗干扰性强且数据采集精度高,适用于油气管道焊接施工现场。在简要介绍了焊接监测系统终端总体设计的基础上,详细地对硬件系统中主控与参数采集模块、人机交互模块与LTE Cat-1通信模组、RTC与数据暂存模块以及软件系统中Modbus-TCP通信协议、软件工作流程等内容进行了介绍。最后通过整机试验分析,指出焊接监测系统终端可正常工作,焊接参数采集、传输稳定可靠,试验过程数据完整并与实际相符。该终端现已应用于多个管道工程项目。Aiming at the current online monitoring and management requirements of oil and gas pipeline welding construction,a welding monitoring system terminal based on STM32 is designed,and it ensures the reliability of on-site data collection through the design of data temporary storage and automatic supplementary transmission.The terminal has strong anti-interference and high data acquisition accuracy and is suitable for oil and gas pipeline welding construction sites.Based on the brief introduction of the overall design of the welding monitoring system terminal,the main controller and parameter acquisition module,human-computer interaction module and LTE Cat-1 communication module,RTC and data temporary storage module in the hardware system are described in detail.The Modbus-TCP communication protocol,software workflow,etc.in the software system are introduced.Finally,through the analysis of the whole machine test,it is pointed out that the welding monitoring system terminal can work normally,the welding parameter collection and transmission are stable and reliable,and the test process data is complete and consistent with the actual situation.The terminal has been used in many pipeline projects.
