摘 要:目的比较压缩感知集合并行采集成像(uCS)技术和单纯并行采集在头颅磁共振时间飞跃法血管成像MRA中的应用。方法选择苏州市立医院东区2020年1月至2021年1月健康体检者行头颅磁共振及血管成像,30例使用并行采集技术进行头颅血管磁共振成像(1D-TOF-MRA),30例使用压缩感知并行成集(uCS)技术进行头颅血管磁共振成像(uCS-TOF-MRA)。客观分析信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)和血管边缘锐利度,主观分析图像的诊断质量。结果1D-TOF-MRA序列时间为4 min 20 s,uCS-TOF-MRA序列时间为2 min 35 s。1D-TOF-MRA图像的SNR及CMR优于uCS-TOF-MRA的图像,uCS-TOF-MRA血管边缘锐利度优于1D-TOF-MRA,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1D-TOF-MRA图像的诊断质量优于的图像质量,差异具有统计学意义。结论压缩感知集合并行采集(uCS)头颅磁共振血管成像技术在3.0 T磁共振中具有良好的应用,临床上可行uCS-TOF-MRA提高诊断精准率,为临床治疗提供更好的指导。Objective To compare the application of compressed sensing set parallel acquisition imaging(uCS)technology and the simple parallel acquisition in time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography(MRA).Methods Sixty healthy subjects admitted to Suzhou Municipal Hospital to undergo cranial magnetic resonance and vascular imaging from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.30 patients used parallel acquisition technology for head vascular magnetic resonance imaging(1D-OF-MRA),and 30 patients used compressed sensing technology for head vascular magnetic resonance imaging(uCS TOF-MRA).The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR),vascular edge sharpness and subjective analysis of image quality were analyzed.Results The scanning time of 1D-TOF-MRA and uCS-TOF-MRA was 4 min 32 s and 2 min 50 s.The SNR and CMR of 1D-TOF-MRA were better than those of uCS-TOF-MRA,and the sharpness of the vascular edge of uCS-TOF-MRA was better than that of 1D-TOF-MRA(P<0.05).The diagnostic quality of 1D-TOF-MRA was better than that of 3D-TOF-MRA(P<0.05).Conclusion The compressed sensing set parallel acquisition(uCS)cranial magnetic resonance angiography technology has a good application in 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging,which is clinically feasible.uCS-TOF-MRA improves diagnostic accuracy and provides better guidance for clinical treatment.
