摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT低剂量平扫联合迭代算法曲面重建技术在输尿管中下段小结石诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对78例输尿管中下段小结石患者行多层螺旋CT低剂量平扫,先通过迭代算法薄层轴位重建,再传至工作站进行曲面重建。结果多层螺旋CT低剂量平扫联合迭代算法曲面重建能清楚显示78例输尿管小结石的位置、大小、数量及以上输尿管扩张积水程度,且检出率明显优于CT轴位图像。结论多层螺旋CT低剂量平扫曲面重建技术能迅速和准确诊断输尿管中下段小结石,具有很高的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of low-dose plain multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)combined with iterative algorithm curved planar reconstruction in the diagnosis of middle and lower ureteral calculi.Methods Low-dose unenhanced multi-slice spiral CT was performed in 78 cases of middle and lower ureteral microlithiasis.After thin layer reconstruction by an iterative algorithm,it is transferred to a workstation for curve planar reformation.Results The position,size,number and degree of dilatation and hydronephrosis of the middle and lower ureter in 78 cases can be clearly displayed by low-dose spiral CT scan combined with iterative algorithm thin-layer axial reconstruction,and the detection rate is obviously superior to the axial image.Conclusion Low-dose plain MSCT with curved planar reformation can quickly and accurately diagnose middle and lower ureteral calculi.It has a very high clinical value.
